Your Shopping Account
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password.

Blue Pony reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.

Our Contract (Order)
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query.
When placing an order to purchase goods from Blue Pony, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Blue Pony will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.

Pricing
All products offered for sale are priced in pounds Sterling. Blue Pony is not VAT registered. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Payment
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Special Order Items
All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation are non-returnable. Customised orders will require longer delivery times.

Customs
Goods ordered from Blue Pony for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent.
You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet.

Payment
By CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - we accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners Club). Your card will not be debited until your goods are despatched
By CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER –  should be made payable to Blue Pony and include a copy of your order confirmation page. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Data Protection
To help us to maintain our high customer service standards and assist with training staff, we occasionally listen to and record incoming telephone calls. Information you provide to Blue Pony will be processed and used to provide products ordered, for billing and accounts, to keep records of the transaction and to send you relevant promotions.

Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygiemic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear amd Horse Clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes, these will be notified to you at the time of ordering.
