Address
You can either have your goods delivered to your home address or you have the
option to enter an alternative delivery address, so that you can have the
parcel sent to work or a friend so that you know someone will be there to sign
for delivery.
Charges
STANDARD DELIVERY £4.95 to mainland UK. Please contact for postage to Republic of Ireland,
Channel Isles and Scottish
Islands.
Despatch will be by Royal Mail or by contracted carriers for heavier items.
Free delivery
for orders in excess of £150.
When you see this symbol products are either heavy or an irregular shape and
there may be an additional delivery charge, contact us for a delivery quote.
Please note
that our carriers normally require a signature on delivery and they do not make
timed deliveries.
We are happy to deliver goods outside the UK, Email us for a delivery quote.
We aim to despatch goods within 7 working days. In exceptional circumstances,
please allow 28 days for delivery.
Should
you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us and we will endeavour
to meet it.
If you find
the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify
us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods for a Returns Merchandise
Authority (RMA) number. This can be requested by sending an email to
returns@bluepony.co.uk, or by telephone (01425 654328).
Goods should be
returned to us unsoiled, unused and in all of the original packaging and
complete with all tags still attached. Goods must be fit for resale – not
soiled in any way including dirt and animal hair! Do not write on the boxes or
packaging. Riding hats need to be well packed for return with adequate shock
absorbing wrapping.
You will be
entitled to an exchange or refund (less packaging and postage). You will be
required to arrange and pay for the return postage. Goods should be well packed
and clearly labeled enclosing your returns form and sent back to:

Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in your goods being returned
to you at your cost.
It is your
responsibility to obtain proof of postage. Should a returned parcel become
damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of
returning cancelled or unwanted goods. The Post Office will issue a free
Certificate of Posting on request which gives a certain amount of insurance. It
is your responsibility to make sure this is adequate for the goods you are
returning.
Goods
becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship
should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may
have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. Goods should be returned
clean and free from dirt. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no
circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would
have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage
fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.
We do not give
refunds on items notified after 8 working days, or damaged goods not notified to
us within 14 days from receipt.
Do not return goods without an RMA number.
